Spicy Shrimp Sushi Bowl
Cook the rice per package instructions.
Toss shrimp in salt, pepper and garlic chili sauce.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil. Cook shrimp for 3-5 minutes or until firm and cooked through.
Assemble bowls starting with rice and adding toppings however you’d like.
Finish with sesame seeds, soy sauce and your favorite spicy mayo. Enjoy!
1-2 c. sushi rice, cooked
5-6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp garlic chili sauce
2 tsp avocado oil
¾ c. mango, dried
½ c. shredded carrots
½ c. cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish: sesame seeds, soy sauce, spicy mayo
